Ok i know this is off topic, but the ecuflash form seems to have the more intelligent evo owners posting/reading it, so i was wondering if anybody has an opinion as to what DP to get. I gave up on the idea of buying a DP with a built in bunge for the 02 so im just going to have one welded on.

Ok i know this is being cheap, but what is your guys say on those cheap E-Bay DPs that are like 60-100 bucks?

 

I have a Megan DP. It has great clearance to the crossbar (none of that spacer crap is necessary). I think it may be the same as some of the more expensive cheap ebay DPs (if that makes sense). I like it fine. Really, if you have a full 3", it shouldn't matter much. There is one ebay pipe that I noticed tapered down at the flex joint (you could tell in the pic). I'd avoid something like that.

The Megan pipe has a flex joint (no taper), which I believe makes the exhaust slightly louder at WOT.

 

im just getting it for the purpose of a Wideband, im keeping the rest of my exhaust stock for a while.

I simply want to see what kind of timing and fuel i can reach with different variables. I'm still planing on doing a test with shell vs 76.
