Ok i DL all the Ecu flash and evo scan but i cant open the programs what the hell is going on

When you mean can't open does the ecuflash program pop up as blank window as an icon on your desktop? If that is the case then you need WINRAR to run the ecuflash software its a free download from microsoft's site.

Does seem like a winrar problem, but we are def. going to need more information, such as error messages, what do the icons look like, computer specs, etc.
