Code P0171 After EcuFlash

I had the car for several months and everything was fine for the first 3 months. The code P0171 ( system lean condition ), pop up. I didn several search and people state it was a common problem after a tune, is there any way to solve this problem? Do i have to take it back and let them adjust more fuel? My A/F ratio was 11.5 with the final tune.

thank you

I dunno why this would be in the ecuflash forum.
It has nothing to do with the type of flash.

If your car is throwing a lean code, it is an indication of a serious problem.
It doesn't sound like you tune yourself.
You should take the car back to whoever and have them redo it.

I believe that code is lean at idle.

Probably lean during closed loop...not necessarily idle.

it is bank1 sensor 1 lean, so the front 02 is reporting a lean condition, if the trims are so far out that the ecu cannot add any more fuel, it will throw the code. does not have to be at idle.

I would replace the front 02 sensor and see if that fixes the issue.
