Evoscan help

I had to re-format my comp (virurs

). How do you download it again without paying the fee if you have already purchased it? I have my serial # written down.

I'm aware of their website.

Every time I try to "just download it" I get the paypal prompt and it trys to charge me again. Hence my question...
