When I followed the steps my MAF didnt scale from 19.

Luckily, I looked at your screenshot in Step3 and noticed that the values in the Step5 screenshot are opposite of what they should be.

I'm thinking the screenshot in step 5 is in error.

Values to enter in Step 5 should be as follows to scale from 19.

ROM to Display f(x)= x/10.24
Display to ROM f(x)= x*10.24

You're right.
Fixed. Thanks.

good stuff, thanks! I am running the stock intake with a panel filter, nisei upper and lower icp's. I doubt I need to change my maf scaling, but how far off do the ltf trims need to be for me to consider rescaling?

I believe the trim limit for stft + ltft is 25%.
I would correct trims if you are consistently above 10%. That's just my opinion.

I personally wouldn't touch your maf scaling table in your case. If you trims are off with those mods, it's most likely due to other reasons, like a vented breather hose, etc.

You can use this table to fix trims in your case, but this table is really to correct the airflow calibration for your MAF. If your calibration is off, due to ceratin mods, like an open filter, hard pipe, etc, then your trims will be off as a side effect and you can correct that calibration with this table, which in turn corrects your trims.

If your trims are off with a stock intake setup (filter, airbox, intake pipe), and you use this table to correct your fuel trims, you can correct your tims, but you will have inaccurate airflow readings. If that doesn't matter to you, then it's a moot point. I'm just calrifying what this table does...it can be used any way you wish.

This may be a very dumb question, but I'm new to all of this and just trying to figure it out. Why do I not have the MAF scaling and some of the other maps showing on my screen? Thanks

Has anyone successfully rescaled the whole map with an open element air filter? I started working on it but i am no where near done, just wondering how much of an improvement it makes.

...but you changed the "16384" value to "1600" and so now your 1600 value changes from ~191-195 to 232... does that pose a problem? Shouldn't the independent variables be similar to what they were since you're only interested in changing the values at the lowest loads? (19 and 25)
