boost dropping around 6k?

boost dropping around 6k?
I'm having a problem tuning an 05 evo.......everything is great but it just started doing this while tuning....around 6000 rpms the boost drops down to wastegate pressure......you can actually here the boost bleed off.......still have the oem wastegate and a hallman mbc.....what could cause this?
