If your ignition was suffering from problems, then you might have had more timing in your maps than actually necessary to overcome issues with the coils or plugs.. But overall, on a properly functioning setup, you shouln't have to alter anything as you would be picking up additional power with the DLI-II from more complete combustion and less misfire.. So really you would log data and see..
If you generally kept your plugs clean, and gaps fairly tight, you should see little if any difference until you start going to high levels of boost.
