Cable Recognized...Still wont connect....HELP!!!!!!

Ok, so just like the title states...

I'm simply trying to get into my ECU to make some changes to my map. I've conected before without problems, but now for some reason ECUflash just will not connect.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers 5-6 times now, tried charging the battery, charging the battery and letting the car warm up for an hour, everything i have read in other forums. And still, it will not connect.

I know you've all seen this before...but this is the message I'm getting...

After about 150 successful subsequent flashes, just last night i got the same code above as you.

I'm not sure if the cable is loose or the ROM I tried had a glitch

Aaaah, Malibu's unlocker, I guess I paid no attention to it since I didn't currently need it. But now I do.
