Can someone send me a decent begginer map for an 06 MR with an K&N cone filter and catback exhaust. I have a wideband and Subaru LINK ECU tuning history, but am just getting into Evos and the ECUFLASH program.

just search and read.......make your own map its easy....

The easyist way to start is to put the stock intake back on and go from there. The Evo is really sensitive to intake changes and you don't get much extra power from fitting an aftermarket one.

Then read a bit on here and then read some more.
