Question DLL numbers vs. real dyno numbers

Has anyone logged their car while it was on a real dyno (Dynojet or Mustang are the most common) and then compared the numbers to a DLL power graph?

How far off was the DLL number from the real dyno?

Thanks

Comparing the numbers while on the dyno would only work if the dyno simulated real world loading perfectly. A better comparison would be doing a pull on a flat stretch of road immediately after pulling the car off the dyno.

One problem with direct comparisons is that the DLL calc considers SAE. There is no aerodynamic resistance on the dyno.

I agree with PVD04 - dyno directly to road (preferrably very near the dyno), is about as close a comparison as you can get.
