He just got banned for doing this because he isn't a paying vendor that supports the site.

In jesters M3 tune you get launch control. What does the factory limit you by them disabling this?

2003/2004 no launch limiter, just uses rev limiter.

2005/2006, Evo 8 or 9 stock is 5000 RPM.

it is still there on the 03-04's. it's just set above redline so it's never activated. you can set it to whatever rpm you want with a tactrix cable and have launch control on any USDM evo.

yeah , that's what i just said. i wasn't trying to insult you, just trying to inform others that if they drive an 03-04, they have launch control if they set it lower. don't know why you took offense to that.

This thread got silly. This is not a thread for everyone to advertise their service....there are other sections specifically for that. Lets keep things on topic.

Is this the EcuFlash forum? For god's sakes it boggles my mind more folks don't utilize this amazing tool with all the people that are out there willing to share good information. How about just spending a couple hundred bucks for Evoscan, tactrix cable, and a good wideband setup and using the free software yourselves. You may even become more familiar with how your car works.

Because not everyone has the time and patience to do it themselves.
