I down loaded 1.3..didnt work. reloded 1.28 now it doesn't work, I lost a driver somewhere in the transaction. HELP!!!

 

Will the program not work? Or, will the program open but it won't connect? Any error windows popping up?

 

1.28 will not open, 1.3 will not connect, says no driver found for ftII... whatever the rest of the file name is, I've completely uninstalled every thing and will try again today with 1.28 it opens now but I doubt it will connect

 

Go to your device manager and make sure that it recognizes the open port cable. If it doesnt you will have to re-install the drivers.

If there is a yellow exclamation point then the cable isnt recognized.
