Is ecuflash compatible with windows vista? I can load the program and view saved maps from disk. However, when it comes to read from ecu I can't get it to work and I am using unlocker too. I keep getting an error message while its in the flashing process saying bad checksum, can't read from ecu memory, and etc.....

 

I have Vista Home Basic on my laptop, it works fine. Try uninstalling it and reinstalling it?

 

I first installed v1.3 tried it then uninstalled it. Then I reinstalled v1.29 and had the same problem. Once again, I installed v1.3 and had the same problem. Also when ecuflash is installed it seems like it doesn't reconize the software because they don't have the ecuflash icon it's a blank icon with a name and dot hex. I also installed winrar too.
