unable to connect to vehicle interface.

i used a new computer that i normally dont use for flashing. my old one had this problem and really i do not remember what i did to correct it. can someone tell me all the reason it would say this for reading if my computer is all hooked up and turned on?

Is this with ECUFlash 1.3? I believe there's been a problem that some people have been having with this and so far I don't think anyone has found a 100% resolution to the problem (other than uninstalling and putting on EcuFlash 1.29)

Check Microsoft Framework to be version 1.1. Downgrade it if necessary.
You need XP and do not even try with Vista!

yeah, i did do this with 1.3. my old computer has the older version so i will try it when available. thank you.
