Knock from a twin plate clutch

I have recently installed a twin plate clutch(exedy HD) and now I seem to have some odd knock. When I am on the two step I get between 6 and 10 counts, I used to get much less.

Also when I flat foot shift I get around 6-8 counts as well. I never had this with the stock clutch. It seems to only occur on VERY fast flat foot shift but just normal quick shifts it does not read as knock.

Has anyone seen this before? It is very annoying because once I shift hard or two-step it, the next gear my timing is way down to 1 degree. I think playing with the knock filters might help but I have NO IDEA how to do this.

I wonder if a patch that turned off the knock sensor when the clutch switch was depressed would fix it.
