EcuFlash can write but can't read....Yes I did a search and I did try the remove and reinstall and I even tried a different version of EcuFlash. I have tried 1.28, 1.29a and 1.32.....all to no avail. What needs to be fixed???
Oh and I was able to read and write just fine on version 0.98.
Next problem....
EvoScan reads 13lbs of boost at idle and it spikes up to 47lbs when I ge on it. My boost gauge reads accurate vacuum and on boost I am only hitting about 16lbs. The car also pulls timing and bogs really bad when I try to get on the gas fast but if I lay into it slowly it works just fine. I am under the impression that the pressure sensor of my car is bad.....Any suggestions???

Is it possible that the "eval" statement in your EvoScan "Data.xml" file somehow either has incorrect values or got configured for if you had a JDM MAP sensor?
If the eval statement is incorrect it could cause you to log odd psi values. As 'EvoKid' said, the USDM MAP sensor only reads up to ~3psi.
I would think that if your MAP sensor was actually providing incorrect voltage readings you would have a SES right now.
The original Evoscan data.xml statement is Eval="1.334x". The statement for the JDM MAP sensor is "Eval=0.19347*x-14.31678".
Not sure if this is your issue or not, but it might help.

The Boost read issue is a calculation atmospheric +0.19348*PSI pay no attention to it. You have to patch the ecu to read the 9's JDM sensor. The Ecu flash problem may be a .NET framework problem make sure you have all the Windows updates.

i just looked at my file and it has the JDM MAP sensor statement, but I dont have a JDM sensor...so I should change it to the Eval="1.334x" right?

Just don't log the sensor if you don't have it. If you don't log it, the equation used to generate the data is irrelevant.

I wouldn't think it is compressor surge. It feels like the car is pulling timing really hard. Crazy thing is it is running rich.
I am going to try going back to a stock map and start tuning from scratch. Maybe I changed something that I shouldn't have at some point.

Did you try logging data to try and see if you can find the problem?
You usually hit different loads at different times depending on how you control the throttle so it could very well be knock.

I put in a stock map with only the injectors scaled (I have 760's) and the load changed to 300 max. This helped a bit as the pulsing isn't as bad. It feels like the boost is hitting and releasing and hitting and releasing. It won't go over 14 lbs. I ran 22 lbs and the car ran great before I was deployed.
Here is the really wierd part...If I lay into the gas very slowly I can get up to full 22psi boost with no problems. But if I do a quick down shift and mash the gas as if to pass on the highway it bucks and sputters like crazy. Frustrating!
Any how, after some data logging, some research, and some tinkering under the hood, I have discovered what I believe to be is that my boost controller (Buschur Manual style) is not holding as it should. This bleed style controller must have just worn out. It very well could be the reason for the surging. I have an AVC-R that I guess will go in soon.
