Ok the problem i get is it trys to send some signal or what ever 3 times i hear some clicks in my car. then it says


"error, check log files for detals"


Yeah i dunno if its because my version or what. BUT

we also tried this with my friends cables and his labtop and we get same error on his so could it be with the actual ecu?

 

Also scan tech will not connect either.

 

You haven't said what car you're trying to connect to, if you've connected before. If the car you're connecting to has been flashed.

Two main possibility's spring to mind.

The car has been flashed, try using ECU unlocker from Aktive matrix.
Make sure the car has a full charged battery and the wireing arount the white power connector is OK.
