DOes the avcr put you into closed loop fueling?

I've been starting to flash, but fo rthe life of me I can't figure out why I can't get out of closed loop fueling. I read somewhare that the AVCR is a closed loop boost controller and was curious if this had any correlation or if I'm just overthinking this problem.

Cool. THat's what I thought, but wanted to be sure. Taking that out of the equation, I think I've got my issue figured out. THanks.

It's not getting a signal from the front o2, and thus throwing everything out of whack.
