hrmm, mine do it all the time... you can see the IPW drop to 0 and then the AFR slowly goes upto 60 or whatever the max is 
maybe your throttle cable is pulled so tight that its slightly keeping the throttle open?

Injector cutoff will depend on rate-of-change of throttle position. Let off the throttle slowly and the injectors will remain on. Lift abruptly and the rate of change will exceed the threshold value, and the injectors are switched off.

hrmm ok - that makes sense... I have found rate of change algorithms in the ECU so maybe thats half of it 
but presumably there would still be a min RPM as well...

Yeah, I try not to abruptly modulate any pedal. lol bad habbits tend to show up on the roadcourse... very unsettling to snap off the throttle. Also, perhaps it has something to do with the fact that, like you said, my TPS voltage was always a little high. I've since lowered it, but noticed no bucking still.
