i have a AEM wideband and i have it wired into a rj45, and i cant connect, im thinking is cause im running vista. and input>

 

Righty I have not confirmed but you miht want to look into serial drivers for Vista are compatible as the ones available for XP. Im thinking of getting that AEM wideband and running it on XP with the RS232 connected. You think I can use a Cisco Systems console cable(serial to RJ45) or should I go with a null serial cable(serial to serial)?

 

just uses a rj45 and hard wire it like i did
