I’m new to this as of today. I have an EVO IX MR that I’m going to convert to E85. I have 1000cc injectors that I need to scale. First for pump gas then later I will make the conversion to E85.
My problem:
I have a tratrix cable and EcuFlash. I downloaded my ROM from the car and tried to view the CC/MIN in the injector size scaling value with nothing there. I cannot edit it either. I can edit everything else. I shut the software down and restarted it and then downloaded the ROM again with no change. Can I just download another stock IX map that has the section available to modify and then enter my immobilizer code to get it to work??

 

ok this sounds really stupid but save the rom. Then close ecuflash then open it and it should be able to see it. If that doesnt work save it then read the map again when you pulled the map out open the saved one aswell then you can see for sure. This happened to me the other day

 

Its a version 13 or 14 IX ROM. Look around for a thread about adding injector scaling to that ROM

 

Indeed, or just use a 15 rom and change the immobilizer
