Question about logging fuel trims

So I read the great writeup Sofiesleeps (?) wrote about changing MAF scaling, but I have a very n00b question.

Is it possible to do a log of fuel trims in EvoScan V1.0 without changing anything at all, or will the readings be off?

I did a log, but my fuel trims are saying 100 % for low and mid, and 107.3% for high. Is 100% meaning they're maxed out, or is that realy the ECU saying they're where they need to be? DOes that make sense?

Sorry if this question is really dumb, I searched but couldn't seem to find a simple answer.

Evoscan does not have the right formula to log fuel trim. you need to change it. I believe it is (0.1961*x)-25. You only log low and mid. low is idle and mid is cruising at the same speed. Do both for 16 minutes and go from there.

If your high trim isn't 100% then you need to swap the High and Low trims in the XML. They are incorrect in some versions of EvoScan.

100% is the base value in EvoScan.
