help with tune

Okay here is the deal... My buddy bought an 04 evo from nj and it was tuned by Ivey Tuning.... well basically it is running gt28 with supporting mods... 272 cams on and on... well we got i here and it just didnt feel fast at all. I hooked up my wideband to it and its air/fuel was 9.xx-bairly 10.3 . We ordered a cable and i pulled from the ecu with Ecuflash

and basically it had what looks like empty fields in the whole fuel and timing maps and just about every other field...
Here is what i am talking about...

I was told by Ivey to just load base map back in and start over. He said he used Ecutek to tune it....

Best bet contact Jestr tuning or TTP and have them tune it for you via email.
I do not offer that service.
If you have the immobilizer code like I told you today put it on the stock rom and start over with it fresh.
I don't even know if that was the tune I did in that car.

thanks Sean, I was just putting this out there to see if there was anyone else out there who has had this problem. I plan on putting the stock rom on and starting over... I have not tuned any evo's only Dsm on the link. So I am going to be very reserved in this tune which is why I feel the need to ask lots of questions. And any input is welcome.

Ecutek is encrypted and what you are looking at is not the correct definition.

I am certain Ivey tuned the car well for the mods at the time.

The EcuTeK system encrypts and changes many things in the rom file. It even changes the immobilizer to read different through the ecutek system.

I am sure the car was tuned correctly. i know we must take into consideration altitude and air temp and things of that nature .. the car is now in south texas where it is humid and at sea level and well it needs to be tweaked to regain some power and fix air/fuel. like i stated above i am not familar with ecuflash or the ecutek but i am willing to try what is suggested to tune this vehicle. I am not sure exaclty what the immobilizer is either. ???

And also with immobilizer i will just load the stock rom back then start over is that correct??

nope...

Immobilizer is the code to allow you to start the car... I suggest you read this thread and become familiar with how to tune via ECUFlash. Good stuff...
