I'm buying a cable for my Evo IX and I probably will never use it to tune a subby, but it would be nice to have the capability for a rainy day. A very popular vendor sells one for just Mitsu which is a bit cheaper than the universal one, but based on my circumstances I don't want to get the universal one if it requires some kind of adapter or if the connection isn't as easy to make as the one strictly for Mitsu. Any input or expiriences from people who have used both?

universal doesn't work with ecuflash 1.3x at least for me. It's only work with 1.29. The Mits specific works with all versions.
