Just your thoughts on making the ignition maps on evo ix all the same vs different. Did you notice more stability against knock, made it better, worse, or no change.

 

I'd say make them the same so you see consistency across the board.

 

I just started out making them all the same. I honestly noticed a little more consistency in the timing values after tuning the low octane maps. the reason for this hasn't really ever been addressed that I know of. It could have just been attributed to the corrected load that timing follows vs the uncorrected load that fuel follows ...

 

Yeah I notcie that I get 0 knock then a consistant 1&2 even 3&4 a times.
