Fuel problem on a 2G

So I'm working with a friend to try and tune his 2G Eclipse. He has a problem leaning out at about 4500RPM... it climbs to 12, 13:1 or more... this with any boost level 18psi or above.

When he floors it, he gets a rich dip into high 10's, then it's a smooth 11.5 until after 4000 when it ramps up and gets lean. Using DSMLink, we are unable to add fuel to compensate... it will not richen up. Not sure if it's a coincidence, but this started after cams were professionally installed.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

He has replaced:

Fuel pressure regulator
Fuel Filter
Injectors

Pertinent mods as follows:

Evo III 16G
Aeromotive A1000 Fuel Pressure Regulator
6AN Fuel Fittings and Lines
New OEM Fuel Injector O-Rings
DSM Link v2
Innovate LC-1 Wideband
HKS 272 Cams
Topline Revised Lifters
New OEM Valve Cover Gasket
New OEM Cam Seals
PTE 880cc
New Spark Plugs
New Air Filter
New Battery/Terminals/Wires
New Alternator
New belts

hmm thats pretty strange. I did a 2g 50 trim, DSMlink last wensday. First thought would be out of injectors but not 880s on that turbo. the 50 trim one I did was using stock evo injectors and I had plenty of fuel. I know this doesnt help but why did he get 880s on a 16g?

I know the 880's are overkill, but his ECU was burnt for them and he really wanted them for future headroom

I didn't see a fuel pump in that mod list. I'm assuming he has one? Maybe that is going bad?

Is there are fuel pressure gauge on the FPR? Is it rising 1:1 with boost pressure?
