My load is too hi !!

I see 380 load in my logs with the fp green 22psi on the 4g64

That's because you have 20% more displacement.

So, you will have a higher load for a given boost pressure than us 2.0L guys. What was the ambient temp when you hit 380 load at 22 psi, btw? That still seems a bit high, even adjusting my calculations for the 2.4L engine. Do you run a MAFT by any chance?

It was maybe 75-80 degrees Its pretty regular occurance since I dialed the cams in. I use a stock evo maf with a homemade cai and I have 272 cams head is slightly ported with oversize valves.

I have a boost leak tester ill do a test asap. im hoping thats my problem. when i did the logs it was cold, the temp was about 10 degrees C.
