Is the only benefit being able to log boost?

Or would this benefit me if Im using a GM MAF+ MAF translator?

its up to you what benefits a 3 bar map sensor would have?

you use it to log boost
for direct boost control
or speed density conversion (only a few have done this, so you're on your own on that one)

It can be used with Maft Pro. Instead of a GM 3 Bar. For NO freaking MAF at all!

That's how our Evo is set up.

I guess i'll have to do some research because I'm trying to figure out the benefits. I plan on staying with the stock ECU but I'd like to get rid of the MAF.

Sorry if I'm out of topic, doesn't Haltech 3bar map sensor same as GM? Can the same Haltech map sensor use with our ECU if I already have GM one working (without change of rom coding)?
