well... you got a problem lol

did you actually leak test ? or just did a search ? if the car is struggling to run, and you havent done anything for tuning... its mechanical. If he base flashed and started from there and changed some things, then obviously the problem is there. If you cant run a stock map with your mods, then you have a serious issue and need to go thru the car mechanically.

DO A BOOST LEAK TEST. I just had this issue on my car, it was a boost leak that was getting worse and worse and worse as I was tuning. Don't look over the car and assume all is well, ACTUALLY do a test.

Otherwise, sounds like you got plenty of fuel, check the FPR I guess, and make sure the pump is ok. Hook up a fuel pressure gauge and see what's going on there. Make sure the MAS is connected and reading properly (not just numbers, but are the numbers what you expect?). Etc.

deff sounds like a hose clamp popped loose. If the prob just happened after a install, then your install needs to be redone. Somewhere along the line someone forgot to cross a "T" or dot an "I", not saying anything bad about your installer because these things happen.

Also, check your spark plugs and verify that you are getting ignition.

Check fuel pressure, it should read 2.5bar for stock.
