I and my friend we both have Evo7s with stock 99860002 Rom IDs after flashing both with 99270000 roms one of the cars would hold the stationary rev limiter and the other wouldn’t we couldn’t explain it we reset the rev limiter to 5000, 5500, 6000 and 6500RPM etc with no luck, should we rewire the ecu any or anything to look for in the rom ???

No Clutch switch on both cars
