How can I change the load values from 0-100% to 0-300 value so it is more in line with the charts in ECU Flash?

 

you'll have to load the corresponding base map (xml file) then your reflashed file (bin or hex file) then you should able to see it correctly. Just right click in the bottom grid/table in the map tracer window to see the "File load.." menu.
