I suspect that I do as I *think* I hear a whistling noise when I'm boosting, but I do have a slightly different air filter on at the moment so I wanted to make sure that it's not just "psi drop" or something related to a new intercooler.

WGDC settings are the same between the two logs.

Did you do a boost leak test? That would be the easiest way to find out.
