What is the white connector on the tactrix 1.3 cable used for?

IIRC, it is used to reflash the ecu... the black connector reads the white one writes

ok!
i see a wire comming from the black connector to the white connector,what is this wire is it ground? and to which pins its going to the white connector?

next to the obd2 socket under the dash is another connector that you plug the white connector to. you need the white plug connected to flash or deflash, but not needed to log data.

btw jack_of_trades.

had a customer today with a 05 evo with a Evo 9 stroker swap that wired the map switch to use the IC spray icon to light up on the dash when switched. (just like 03-04) Very cool stuff.
