Several months ago I successfully edited my xml file in connection with adding 2-byte load logging as well as the tephra knockcel, nlts, etc.

Well, I just went into the xml file, deleted the lines for 2-byte logging and inserted the MUT table lines for the first time.

When I open EcuFlash and view my map nothing has changed. The 2-byte logging lines are still there and the MUT table is not added. I'm completely lost as to what I'm doing wrong. Since the xml file is no longer the same, EcuFlash must be relying on some sort of cache of the xml?

Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: I'm using EcuFlash 1.29a FWIW.

 

I think my computer is possessed. Now it's working after 90 minutes of frustration. I swear I didn't do anything differently other than multiple restarts. Maybe it's Vista?

I also have intermittent problems with EvoScan not logging certain parameters consistently. Well, it's working for the moment...
