Dear All,
My name is Cris , i'm from macau and i own a Evo IV .
I'm planning to upgrade a E7 ECU in my car, i know i need the ECU and to change some wires in the connectors.I also have the ECU Flash, Evo Scan and Tactrix cable.
Can I flash the E7 ECU with a Ralliart E7 Rom?I know E4 & E7 the injectors and the CAM is a discrepancy,If the E7 rom didn't work, can i export the existing E4 ECU rom and import to E7 ECU, or change the injectors and CAM from E7 Engine with Ralliart E7 Rom?

You will need to tune the ROM on the E7 to suit your car. First step will be getting your injectors scaled and latencies setup...

Good to see neighbor country with evo, especially Macau 
Yah, you can flash RA7 into E7 ECU but you might get CEL cause RA7 rom have rear o2 sensor which your E4 don't.
E4 is with 510cc injector if not mistaken while E7 with 560cc. I don't think you can export E4 rom into E7 unless someone have E4 definiton to read your settings (which I doubt).

Barry is really helpful I would pm him. I am been working with a local guy to get an 8 ecu to work on an EVO4 motor in a mirage. It has been interesting to say the least but barry is more than helpful.
im running my 4 on 7 ecu for the past yr or more , using ra rom 90550001
rad and ac fan wires need to be changed
you need to make a few pin changes in the ecu plugs
take out pin 20 and put it into 32
take out pin 21 and put it into 34
32 and 34 have no pins in the plug on 4 ecu
you also need a pin to go into 79 and run a wire from this to the white init socket on ecuflash cable to flash ecu.
there are two evo 7 ecu's if its later one part no starting with MN you need to swap pins 8 and 22 ,thats fuel pump and a/c comp relay.
you need to disable the front o2 heater circuit in the rom periphery or wire a 4 wire o2 sensor to your car, if you wire in a 4 wire sensor you need switched 12v to one heater wire and the other heater circuit wire goes to pin 60 again the evo4 doesnt have a pin in the plug as the 4 uses a 2 wire sensor with no heater.
use evo5/6/7 560 cc injectors and the 4 maf sensor then you shouldnt need to play with inj or maf scalings,you can swap to 5/6/7 cams but not essential, also i wouldnt run more than 1.2/1.3 bar boost on 4 internals

You can use the 510cc injectors also. The stock Mitsu scalings for the IV work fine. I can give you them if you need.
