Can any one tell me which DLC pin that flash harness connects to in this cable:

i dont understand the ? one end should plug into the laptop and the other 2 ends go into the cars obd ports. they r on the drivers side under the dash, both next to eachother close to the center of the car.

Sorry, I know where they connections all plug into, I am wondering what pin of the datalink connector that the white plug links to. Is that better sorry again.
