Evoscan not connecting.

I've asked this several places but nobody seems to have any answers. I can't get Evoscan to connect. It checks the DTCs, but won't log. I've tried everything, other laptops with different versions of Evoscan and nothing works. ECUflash works great, just not Evoscan. One thing I figured was that the autoconnect wideband is checked and I can't uncheck it. Also theres no way to undot where it has what wideband I have (I have a wideband, but can't get the usb/serial adapter to work, Vista FTL!). If any of you tuning geniuses can steer me to any ideas or direction would be amazing. I'm getting a custom tune in Jan. and I want to make sure everything it working. Thanks.

make sure "External Wideband A/F Ratio" is UNTICKED.

if that doesn't work then get evoscan2.5 and install it.

then overwrite the exe with the one from the evoscan2.6 thread (beta 6 i think its at)

I don't even see where it has External Wideband A/F Ratio to untick. It has everything else.

v 2.6 beta and I found the wideband, it was under SSMI. I always forget about that one. But it was already unchecked.

I don't remember seeing an error code, I just let somebody borrow my tactrix cable so I can't go check it, but is it possible it didn't even show an error. It just keeps trying to reconnect.
