That scaling seems suspect. A single Walbro 255lph with factory wiring won't deliver it's full flow potential.
FWIW, I have witnessed a rewired 255lph and FIC 1000s generate more power on E85 with a larger turbo than you'd realistically be able to get from that FP Green.
I'd take a good look at what you already have before you go off chasing something else.

John Bradley: if you could check some base maps like you mentioned and give me an average scaling for 1000s, i would very much appreciate it. thanks
Your 1000cc injectors should be fine at those power levels, but you are pushing the limits of a single walbro at those power levels. Go to a dual pump setup and you should be perfect.
I agree with Ted, though the scaling seems close for 1000s depending on latency. I will doublecheck what most of basemaps are at but I think I am in the 540-585 range.
Dave, I went from an absolute best of 27 (average 24.5) on gasoline to 19.6 and a best of 21 on E85.

I went from 22.5mpg new car to 21.5mpg after ~30k miles. Switched to E85 and got an immediate drop to 18.5mpg and after ~7k miles I'm seing closer to 17mpg. With mrfred's narrowband sim mod I hit 22mpg on a road trip and just filled up again this morning to the tune of 17.5mpg normal driving...
...and yes, even though the station where I purchase it is ~$.30-.40 higher than premium at the local stations with the current turn in prices, the

I've maxed out the single on our mustang dyno at around 470whp, around 530-550whp on dynojet depending on what the cool kids are using this week to convert dyno numbers.
The fact that the AFR kept getting leaner as the night went on leads me to believe it is something mechanical. Filter clogging? Bad fitting? Something else?
Was it 100% E85 or did you have some pump left in the tank, if you had pump left in the tank, you need to rescale everything after a couple tanks with E85 and it's 100% E85.
If it quickly ramps up lean after peak boost (like you where describing) I would look at the fuel filter (in the pump assembly) as that is exactly the same thing I had happen when mine started clogging up.
here is what my AFR looked like when my pump clogged: (red line in plot)

Notice AFR is 14.8 at WOT at 5400rpm and IDC's are 88%
You have a datalog of your AFR and IDC?
What do your fuel trims look like?

I believe the newer versions of evoscan should log them correctly, what version are you using?
LOL @ kewl kidzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Also
on the AFR
Also to excuse my bad PC grammar. People should humor themselves and look up the flow of a walbro 255HP at 12v and then at 14.8 volts. Then they should go out and measure the voltage at the pump at WOT and/or take my word for it and it is 11.8-12VDC at WOT.
OP looks like he's got water in the gas hurting the filter or just good ole' dirt in it.
you are not doing anything wrong. Mitsulogger and evoscan2.5 have the same base formula, but mitsulogger rounds the result to the nearest intetger value.
0.1 = 0
0.5 = 1
etc...
slightly harder to read, but still the same formula.
Agreed, I'm going to upgrade the wiring to my pump (ala old school DSM trick) and see how much more I can get out of it. I know it drops in voltage at WOT. Just logging normal volts at WOT you can see it drop almost 1v.
scaling averages between 522 and 562 (some exceptions) for most brands of 1000s.
latencies are in the 0.792 & 0.552 range at 11v and 14v respectively.
refer to the http://injector-rehab.com/kbse/lag.htm list for a little closer numbers to use as base numbers.

so i put the double pumper in today, i have the wires run for the second pump but havent connected everything yet. im gonna finish up tomorow, but on the way to the gas station i did a pull and afr was down to 12.1-12.2. this on running on just one of the walbros in the double pumper. thats much better than the 12.8-12.9 i was seeing. i didnt log IDCs or anything, but im sure they are around what they were before. once the second pump is up and running, i would imagine the afr will drop some more
