My Fuel trim mid (LTFT) is sitting at -11.xxx and hansn't really changed much. The low LTFT won't come off of .1008, and the STFT hovers at +/- 3.xxx. So if I am correct my scaling fuel setting is correct since the STFT is within +/- 5. I need to work on the latencies in the 11 and 14 blocks to get the mid and low in check.

Here are my settings with AMS 780s (FIC 780)
