GT35r - Bov VTA Vs Bov recirculated

On a GT35r (AMS) and tuning on stock ecu, would running a tial VTA bov have any advantages over running a recirculated bov?

Searched but cannot find anything related.

It's a better idea to run the recirc on the Evo, unless you are using speed density instead of the MAF. Otherwise the car will run really rich and will have a much higher chance of stalling at idle (or when you are pressing on the brakes to come to a stop).

Why not run a duel port like an APS or turbo smart?

I agree.....I have the tial vta on my car with the stock MAF. At shifts the car goes 10.0, even into the 9's. And at idle she does try to stall from going rich. When I had my old forge on the car it never did that. I am giong to be getting the recirculating tial this month. Then the problem will be fixed.

Also with the stock ecu. There are cases where you will get a check engine light from VTA. It gives tou a TPS out of range code.

If you are on SD them you can vta.
