Once you get the WB installed you will be able to take care of tha 4k knock. It is hard to git rid of since it is most likely caused by the hard intake pipe. Many have found that swaping back in the rubber intake pipe yielded some HP and increased drivability.

You might want to scale your MAF. It will give you a bit better drivebilty.
