Evoscan Data XML File change

I have Evoscan version 2.1 and was told that the fuel trims formulas in the xml files are off thats causing my trim values to look weird.
I have the correct formula from MFred but how do I update the xml files without an editor?
I try doing this with Notepad but would not save the file to xml after the changes.

Thanks

Robert,

I just changed the formula by editing them on the Evoscan screen (right click and edit on each row).

I changed Low, Mid, High LTFTs and STFT trim formulas to 0.1953125*x-25.

It seemed to work as the Low and Mid LTFT is now within +/- 5% (+4 and +2) and the STFT is bouncing around from -5 to +10.

In any program if you need to save a file with a different extension from the "save as" menu simply select "all data types" below the file name and type the extension in yourself.

You can also change the extension afterward, as long as you don't modify the file with a different program it will still be the same file... just with a different name.
