What does the value in the ignition maps stand for? For example, if I set it at "5", does the ECU take it to mean it shld fire the spark 5 degrees BTDC?
Spark command at 5 degrees before TDC. Target pressure peak however will always be 12 -15 degrees ATDC for HP, 8 degrees will get you close at peak VE when fuel is burning good and fast...
