I wanna ask you what is the reason of all this work to make it exactly 0?

If you don't make that, what is happening?

You need to have it roughly +/- 5 on the longterm fuel trims. If you don't you get check engine lights for "rich" or "lean" conditions. Not to mention the car is working much harder to run correctly, and it will create throttle response issues and weird fueling situations.

driveability and MPG may suffer and the car won't have the maximum amount of adjustability to account for different driving conditions.

anything within 3% is considered good but the closer to 0 the better.

So the final setup that you have done is this. nice! i might get this injectors then. that way i only need to buy injectors once.

91/93 oct
Scaling:1329
Latency: From the data sheet included with the injectors
2.784
2.112
1.680
1.368
1.176
0.984
0.816

e-85
Scaling:1008
Latency: From the data sheet included with the injectors
2.784
2.112
1.680
1.368
1.176
0.984
0.816

btw make sure you double check your trims and fuel after around 3 full tanks of e-85.

I plan on installing these 1450 injectors tonight already running e85 but i'm am way too close to 100% on 880cc injectors at 20-21psi on this red, ~96% duty.

I'm hoping i can run anywhere between 26-28psi on this turbo with very little issues.

^^^^ These injectors will do you right. I'm seeing around 73% duty cycle at 25 psi on my 2.3L, and the GT3076 is very similar in flow to your Red. I did notice that the AF's raised at high RPM's compared to the pump gas profile (with the same mapped AFR values). So this points to a drop in fuel pressure. BUT, even though the profile of the AF curve "leaned" out the values were still rich. So I'll be able to tune a proper AF curve on a single Walbro at around 25 psi on E85. If I want to get my 30 psi on I'll need to add the second pump.

These injectors are a little easier to deal with on E85. The resolution for scaling around 1000 seems to be finer than up around 1300-1600 where the pump gas runs. It was some serious work to get them dialed in on pump gas. And from the results I've seen everyone has used different values to get the trims correct. But once dialed in they do drive nicely on both pump gas and E85.

I am planning for a GT35R on 2.3L on E85. Looks like I will need dual pump to max it out. Thanks for the nice build thread OP!

I ran out of fuel pump (stock Walbro 255) at 25 psi on E85, right around 460 whp. I'm putting in a single modified Walbro unit to see if that helps.

How would you determine the wear on the fuel pump's internal? Planning to cut it up after a while?
