FP Green, FPR4 cams, Meth, And TBE Tune

Here it is... let me know what you think, boost is 30psi tapering to 26-27 by 7400.
AFR is 12.0- 11.9 down to 11.7-11.6.
The before on the dyno was a with a cracked megan manifold(didn't find out till later) and a m5 meth nozzle 2 occupants.
The after is stock manifold and a m7 nozzle. 3 occupants

are you getting any knock counts up top? on meth you should be able to get away with a little more timing than that. Or does 91+meth not allow that?

kinda curious about this, but why is the first pull the driver weight is at 450lbs and the second it's at 630lbs?

If you really do weigh that much I apologize in advance I'm not trying to pick on it, just wondering if that has anything to do with the difference in numbers. Unless there was more than one occupant which would make sense.

The top end might be suffering from the elevation he is at.

from what I have experienced is that at this altitude I can't hold power at all with these boost levels.. I have tuned a couple others at sea level and they hold fine... Stupid altitude!!!

Get rid of the Megan Manifold....go with a ported stocker.

Some things I did to help my Green was to...
Port the head
Port the ex mani
Port the hot side
Port the 02 (kills boost creep)
Wrap the exhaust past 1/2 of the car (keeps the heat in the exhaust for faster flow)
Can the MBC....use the stock boosc control or get an EBC (will nearly kill boost taper)
Replace the throttle body seals (stock leak like hell)

The green needs to breathe to really release it's power. Port, port, and port some more....you will be amazed at the few mm's of material removed will greatly enhance your power.

When does your Meth start to spray?

Good numbers though.....Great Job ! !

Its a customers car I am doing the porting on my car... I told him to do the ported stuff but his budget can't help to much!... I believe it starts at 9-11 psi..
Thanks I thought the #'s were pretty decent!

Careful wrapping your exhaust below the car. It traps water in the heatwrap and will kill your pipes in no time if you don't daily drive it.

I use the high temp sealant and my car is driven daily....no issues with wrapped exhaust since 2003.

Yeah, its not much of a problem if driven daily. I figured I'd add the disclaimer since a lot of guys have a separate daily driver these days

Thanks for the clarification. I forget some times that many people don't drive their Evo every day like I do.
