Please help me evaluate and improve my tune.
I have a 97 Eclipse gs-t with an evo8 ecu in it that I would like some help with. I've begun dabbling in tuning it and I am currently running the SD mod which I would also like help dialing in.
Current mods are evo8 injectors, evo3 16g turbo, JoeP MBC set at ~22psi, evo9 fuel pump, Supra sidemount intercooler, 3" downpipe, 2.5" catback, evo3 intake manifold, GM map sensor, SD mod.
I went to my first autoX event this past weekend which taught me a lot about what my car can and can't do and what my goals should be. My main complaint is that I had problems with having any power at all when I first punched the throttle and then as soon as boost kicked in I was spinning my tires all the way to the next corner (FWD car). So my goals besides polishing up my fuel trims and getting everything technically correct are to bring power to the wheels sooner and with a smoother transition. I would also like to increase power in the very top end, this isn't important at the track (at least with my limited driving skills) but would be nice on on-ramps. Also,, I feel like the SD settings are fairly good, the car is as snappy as it was with the MAF but I can't get my low LTFT to ever come into line. I've started to wonder if my issue is FPR overrun with the evo9 fuel pump. Any thoughts?
I have attached an image that shows my relevant settings. I had hoped to attach a rom but I can't get it compressed below the 100kb limit.
Any help or suggestions would be wonderful. Thank you.

I also have a log that I forgot but couldn't add in an edit. This is a fairly basic log of me coming home from work with a detour so I could hit a couple of on ramps for WOT pulls.
