Hi,

Just received Tactrix 2.0 (new). Can't get it to read the stock ROM, even after deleting and reinstalling the program twice. Also updated my .NET software. The Tactrix lights up but doesn't seem to even recognize the ECU.

Has your car been tuned before? If it has you may need to run ECU unlocker. Also have you hooked up the extra small plug into the main part of the OP2.0 via the jack plug?

 

thanks for your reply...this is really driving me nuts. my car has never been tuned before.

1) what's an ECU unlocker - this is the first i've heard about it. where do i find one?
2) i didn't get any kind of extra small plug. i ordered the cable by itself. did i need the cable and "full adapter set"?

Or the full adapter set which includes the above Mitsu reflash connector, and the reflash connectors for Subaru WRXs.
