need advice about my map
guys, I need advice, if you look at my map, you can see that when the turbo spools up to maximum boost, it runs very lean, when the boost reaches desired level it (1.25-1.30 bar at this graph) , kind of, stabilises. Look at the cell 2500 revs, load 180, 200, 220, but as soon as it reaches full boost it becomes reacher and I dont get any knock. How can I make the AFR stable on the spool up ?

I seem to find tuning the fuel easier looking at the graph.
Maybe it's just me??
Have you disabled leanspool?
Do 3 back to back runs, straight after each other, then filter your data.
Smooth helps too.
(sort the block of 13s)
When looking at the knocksum, click to display maximum and not average, also check whether your octane flag drops from 100, I would imagine it is at that load.
P.S. check the link I gave you before, aswell as the advice of others that posted in that thread

Nothing massively wrong with that amount of knock.
I asked for maximum to be displayed as you appeared to have a large amount of data and wondered if there was something 'larger' hiding behind the 'average' setting.
As said before, that wasn't too lean esp considering leanspool was on.

Guys, need one more advice, please.
I disabled lean spool and did a few quick test runs and obviously the AFR became reacher, but the engine started knocking, why does this happen, ignition timing is the same, mixture is richer, and it knocks (as I understood that if the AFR gets richer, then it shouldnt knock). Nothing major, maximum knock is 4.
Can you please have a look at those maps and tell me, am I heading the right way ?

Go back to the way it was and try richening up those spots where it's knocking.
Try getting AFR in the 11.6-11.5 range in full boost, also you could do with some more timing in there. Possibly taper to 11-11.1 at redline. At those loads there is no point to running negative timing either.
If your only hitting 240 load or whatever there is no reason to have ur maps scaled for 360 load. I would cap it at 300 at this point. 320 if you plan on running more boost.

The engine build by a professional, balance shafts removed.
