Ok, will set it to this AFR. The reason for load up to 360 is that the turbo is capable of boosting 2 bar of boost and the engine should hold up to 500-550 hp. At 1.7 bar it hits load cells 290. The reason I am running only 1.25-1.30 atm is that I dont want to blow the engine because of doing something wrong.

Also I was worried/surprised about "rich" knock, I will change the map tonight with proper AFR values.

Your motor is built correct? Did you remove the balance shafts? It could be phantom knock.

Looks like the 02 sensor is placed back there a bit possibly?
