ecu adds timing????

ecu adds timing????

No matter what i have the timing set for on high octane an low it will add 7-8 adv at random, over wat the high octane is set for?

can you elaborate on that im kinda a new to the ecuflash. mitsulogger has my egr between 262-268. but where it adv timing its the same in cells above an below

I investigated it a long time ago in a galaxy far far away...it only does it in closed loop and up to the lean spool crossover as I remember. There is a thread on it that gets pretty in depth:

There is a timing table that looks like the normal one. I think the definition is in the new ecuflash version. It's like GST motorsports says, EGR advance.

I don't have my table defined but I remember seeing it before. You can see there is a lot of timing
added around the cruise areas.
